Connect HubSpot for CRM or service hand-off workflows.

Setup

  1. Open Settings → Hand-off and select HubSpot.
  2. Create connection and complete OAuth or private app steps exactly as the form shows (HubSpot rotates token types over time; follow the in-app labels).
  3. Grant scopes needed for the objects your team expects (for example conversations, tickets, or contacts, per the connection wizard).
  4. Attach the saved connection under Agents → Hand-off for each agent that should escalate to HubSpot.

What you get

Hand-off forwards structured data into HubSpot so your team can continue the case in CRM or Service Hub, depending on configuration.

Feature notes

  • Object types: Whether the integration opens tickets, conversations, or other records can depend on your HubSpot SKU and the integration version. Confirm in a test portal.
  • Parity: Behaviors such as association to contacts, pipelines, and custom properties may not match Zendesk or email one-to-one. Treat undocumented behavior as verify in staging.
