Open Thinking

On your Chat Widget channel detail page, select Thinking.

Behavior

While the assistant is working, the UI can cycle through short phrases (for example “Checking your order…”) instead of a static spinner. You can edit the list, order, and tone to match your brand voice.

If this section is empty or disabled in your build, defaults apply.
