Structured knowledge for an agent, organized into Personality, Company, Services, and Other.
Knowledge holds the facts and tone guidance your agent should rely on beyond raw documents. It is grouped into sections so you can maintain each part separately.

Sub-tabs
Use the horizontal tabs at the top of the panel:

|---|---|
| Personality | How the agent speaks: display name in chat, tone, formality, humor. |
| Company | Who you are as a business, policies visitors should hear. |
| Services | What you offer, shipping, returns, and similar. |
| Other | Anything that does not fit the categories above. |

Editing and saving
Each sub-tab has its own fields and a Save action. Switching tabs does not auto-save another tab’s changes.
Fill in clear, customer-safe language. The AI helpers (Improve, Shorten, Expand, Friendlier, Fix Grammar, Translate) work like on the Settings description field.
How this relates to Sources
Knowledge is curated text you type (or paste) for reliable messaging. Sources adds files and crawled pages the agent can search. Both should agree on facts; when they conflict, prioritize updating Knowledge or fixing Sources so customers get one story.
