Dashboard
Overview
Account dashboard: date range, KPIs, charts for conversations, messages, contacts, channels, agents, performance, geo distribution, and orders revenue.
Open Dashboard from the main menu (or land on / which redirects there). The page requires an active account in the header switcher.
Date range
Use the date range picker at the top to scope most analytics. Changing the range refetches overview and time-series data.
What you see
Typical cards and charts include:
- Platform overview: high-level counts and, when commerce is connected, orders revenue by currency with a currency selector.
- Conversations over time: volume trend with interval control (day / week / month).
- Messages: traffic over the same kind of intervals.
- Contacts over time: new or active contacts trend.
- Messages by channel: pie or breakdown by channel type.
- Top agents: agents ranked by message volume.
- Conversation performance: aggregate quality metrics (labels depend on your build).
- Chat users by country: geographic distribution where available.
- Orders over time: revenue or order counts when order data exists.
Exact tiles may hide or show N/A if the backing API call fails partially; the app still renders other widgets.
Refresh
Data loads on mount and when date range or interval controls change. A last updated timestamp may appear when the implementation provides it.
