Notifications

Account notification email address and email alert when a channel connection is lost.

Open Account Settings → Notifications.

Notification email

Set the email address where Agenized should send account-level notifications. Clear the field to remove it (stored as null). Save persists notification_email on the account.

Channel connection lost

A toggle controls metadata.notification_preferences.channel_connection_lost. When enabled, the product can email you if an integrated channel (OAuth mailbox, Messenger, etc.) reports connection lost so you can reconnect in Channels.

Saving

Save is enabled only when something changed. Success shows a toast; errors surface API messages (validation or permission).
