Open Home page

On your Chat Widget channel detail page, select Home page.

Purpose

The Home page area lets you structure what customers see when the widget opens beyond a bare chat thread: for example curated links, promotional cards, or commerce widgets rendered through the widget runtime.

Content and block types depend on your plan and the current builder capabilities in the app.
