Custom Email overview

Connect any mailbox over IMAP/SMTP so agents can read and send mail from one workspace. Channel detail tabs: Settings, Message Retrieval, Email Signature.

What this channel is

Custom Email (IMAP/SMTP) brings a generic mailbox into Agenized. You supply server settings and credentials; inbound mail becomes conversations your agents can handle, and outbound replies send through your SMTP configuration.

Add a channel

From Channels, choose Custom Email (IMAP/SMTP) and complete the connection flow. After creation, open the channel for Settings, Message Retrieval, and Email Signature.
