Open Message Retrieval
On your Custom Email channel detail page, select Message Retrieval.

Purpose
This section configures how the integration reads mail: folders, polling or sync behavior, deduplication, and any options your provider needs for reliable threading. Wording and toggles follow the live form.
If messages stall or duplicate, capture timestamps and mailbox folder names before contacting support, retrieval settings are the first place to verify.
