Open Settings

Select your Gmail channel from Channels, then open Settings.

Typical configuration

• Google account: Reconnect if tokens expire or access was revoked.
• Channel name and status: Organize multiple inboxes and pause if needed.
• Agent routing: Same patterns as other channels (single agent or routes).
