Open Settings

Select your Gmail channel from Channels, then open Settings.

Typical configuration

Google account: Reconnect if tokens expire or access was revoked.
Channel name and status: Organize multiple inboxes and pause if needed.
Agent routing: Same patterns as other channels (single agent or routes).

If you see Connection lost, use the reconnect flow before expecting new mail to sync.
