Instagram overview
Instagram DMs as a channel in Agenized. Availability may be limited while the product rolls out.
Status
In the merchant Channels catalog, Instagram may appear with a Coming soon state for accounts that cannot create it yet. When enabled, you add it like other messaging providers and complete Meta authorization.
When available
Instagram channels use the same detail pattern as Messenger: Settings and Message Retrieval tabs (no separate Email Signature tab).
