WhatsApp as a future channel in Agenized. Listed as coming soon in the merchant Channels catalog for most accounts.
Status
WhatsApp appears in Channels alongside other providers. For many merchants the card is marked Coming soon and creation is disabled until the integration is generally available.
What to expect
When launched, WhatsApp will likely follow the same detail page pattern as other messaging providers: Settings for connection and routing, plus a Message Retrieval (or equivalent) section for sync behavior. This documentation will be expanded once the UI is finalized.
Meanwhile
Use Chat Widget or Messenger for real-time messaging, or Gmail / Outlook for mail.
