GLS

Open the official GLS parcel tracking page from a tracking number in chat.

Setup

GLS does not require API keys for the built-in tracking action. In Settings → Actions, enable or connect GLS as offered by the UI (no external developer account is required for link generation).

Supported actions

Action	What it does
GLS Parcel Tracking	Builds a link to the official GLS tracking experience using the customer’s tracking number.

The widget can render a package tracking link block when this action is used.
