What this channel is
Messenger routes Facebook Messenger threads into the same Conversations workspace as chat and email. Customers keep using Meta’s app; agents respond from Agenized.

Add a channel
From Channels, choose Messenger and complete Meta / Facebook connection steps shown in the app (pages, permissions, and webhooks are handled in the product flow).
